 Licentia is a village located on the border of Myrth and Shamarr. It's too small to be called a town, but village doesn't really suit it either, it seems much bigger than it is. This is where the maid Lerth took the infant Tirial to raise in secret. Whether the residents of Licentia know who these two foreigners are is unclear, though Lerth surely never told them. They are protective of the two, and of each other as well; they tend to be mischievous people, and rather nosy, but if they consider you one of them, you're safer than having an army at your back.
